Brookfield Villas Started out as an empty plot with Heras fencing across the front, after some extensive research we managed to track the owner down who had emigrated to Australia and agreed an off-market deal.

The previous owner had tried to get planning for a house he wanted to retire in but the council had rejected his plans on the grounds he wasn’t making the best use of the site, they wanted more housing on there, which was great news for us!

A row of 3 mock Victorian terrace houses were born. We used reclaimed Cambridge whites and traditional wooden sliding sash windows under a slate roof. Built over 3 levels they were the largest terrace houses on the street with a 10 year Warranty and all the benefits of being fully insulated to modern standards fully landscaped Gardens with no right of way past your back window they commanded a premium for the road.
