 Originally a large single bungalow set in half an acre of beautiful tree lined gardens. We received planning to demolish the existing bungalow, which was in a sorry state, to build two very large 5 bedroom high spec traditional houses with a modern edge.

 Both Houses featured large basements with polished concrete floors to below ground and ground floors. Underfloor heating, heated by ground source heat energy with a heat recovery system to insure a high energy efficiency!

 An AV system controlled the lighting system, speaker system, cinema room, lighting to Gardens that automatically brightened as the light levels reduced, and the water fountains in the beautifully architecturally designed and landscaped Gardens.
